Corvette your right. Your were the first to ask for second in command and I will give it to you. So everyone who asked to be second in command after he will now be in the poll for General automatically. I am sorry to everyone for making that mistake.

Also a few more updates to the U.P.C.A ideas that I have are below. I repeat this these ideas are pre-meeting meaning some will not be in existence. Meaning my ideas might be overruled by the other 2 members at the meeting and some of the ideas will change a little.

U.P.C.A Qualifications to Join

These rules do not apply to my army, Steveo’s army, or Ninja Cedar’s army because we are the founders of the UPCA

1. Must have a website for your army.

     ~Website can also be for other things.

2. Must have at-least 8 members in your army.

3. Must have organized ranks in the army.

    ~Decision of organization is up to Steveo, Ninja Cedar, and me.

4. Army must have won at-least 2 real, scheduled wars and participated in at-least 4 wars.

     ~Participated means joined in and any wars you win count for participation.

5. Must be an army for at-least 3 weeks.

     ~Meaning you can’t just start an army, get 8 people before 21 days  (3weeks) and just show-up to join.
